Optional HealthKit access lets you retrieve step counts for a shift. You can also enter steps yourself.

Account balances are records you maintain in the app. The app does not move money between your bank accounts.
Create a spreadsheet in your own Google account from the app's Settings. Google asks you to sign in and grant spreadsheet access. Press Sync in the app to upload your current records to that spreadsheet.
ServerStash exports jobs, shifts, and schedules. ServerStash+ exports accounts, shifts, bills, spending, deposits, and transfers. Exported shift records include recorded steps, their source, pace, and notes.
Backup is optional: you can use local logging without connecting Google. Sync is a manual upload; it does not continuously merge changes made in Google Sheets with the app.
